That's actually a great selling point. Habanero is easily the tastiest pepper, so even if you're bringing heat from a carolina pepper, more habanero will make the sauce taste way better. Idk what kind of hot sauce it is, getting more habenro is better than getting less (unless it's a specific jalapeño sauce or a vinegar cayenne)
