It was a typical brooklyn-esque crust. Corn, catupiry, and shredded seasoned chicken. Topped with a few green olives.
These things are memed on hard, but they're honestly very tasty. Catupiry has a nice flavor and creaminess. It's like a blend between ricotta, sour cream, and a mild cheese like provolone. It all works very well together. It's more decadent than a typical American pizza, but less decadent than a deep dish.

Try making yourself one if you can get your hands on catupiry. Sadly, there is no good substitute I can think of for catupiry's texture and flavor are unlike anything else.

honestly the most insane thing about that video is that the ingredients are all very standard brazilian pizza ingredients, just made and presented in the most horrible way possible
