Thoughts? It cant get burnt like this

>> No.19011089

toaster to the left flips out toast onto a plate when ready
toaster to the right lets toast drop through when ready

pop up toasters burn toast if you leave it in, this design fixes that flaw
they would be relatively easy/inexpensive to make too

Conveyor toasters are the superior design, but they're not really suited for home use

The elements cool fairly quickly, so if you're in the business of leaving your done toast in the toaster, then dial back the heat a little bit to compensate.

I don't understand. In what world is this a problem?
When toasting is complete the toast already pops up and the elements cut off. How exactly are you burning toast??

This is an old wives tale, you can't electrocute yourself with a modern toaster or hairdryer.

Both of these designs will have crumbs all over your countertop. Also I'm betting you need to clean your toaster's crumb-catcher. Over the sink or trash can.

Hair dryers now have built in fault detection and a fuse, or often their own ground fault interpretation circuit. This coupled with updates to electrical codes to require gfi outlets in bathrooms and kitchens has greatly reduced people's exposure to electrical hazards from small appliances.

Crumbs everywhere. And you're solving a problem I've literally never heard of. Just take the toast out when it pops up.
If your problem is that you don't notice that the toast is done, how about a bell that goes off when the toast pops up? I bet that would be pretty easy to add to a toaster.

It has. I worked in a restaurant in the late 90s and we had two of these. They were on both sides of the window to the kitchen, and the waitresses would do the toast for any order. It essentially was the right hand design; drop it in the top, it comes out the bottom.

Featuring, small grate oven, that ejects once toast is done, with small half circular hole for easier handling of hot toast, and small grate wall from user side, so toast wont eject right onto floor

>> No.19014906

What about a normal toaster except its turned 90 degrees tp the side, and maybe with somewhat more powerful springs. Then you put a plate next to it, and when its done the toaster shoots the bread unto the plate.

Gonna try when i get home.
