ramen+tuna in a pouch+salami and/or summer sausage+mayo+hot sauce. if you eat chips and honeybuns while watching teevee and not reading a book in between sets of pushups you're a fucking retard. those in-cell creations are edible but it's not worth the fucking effort unless you have a cellmate willing to fuck around with it.
