The point of the bread in a sandwich is to make it portable, like any other bun. The toast in this "sandwich" is already portable because of the way that it is. Therefore, the sandwich is pointless. Probably tastes fine, but at the end of the day you're just adding 150 calories of untoasted bread to a piece of toast, I guess it probably helps sop up all that carling sloshing around in your great British potbelly or something.
