Used to be this one spot that made wings like the American ones in the youtube videos. Then it closed because it wasn't popular enough. No other place that makes wings in my city now. I could make them myself but it's not the same. Before you guys start talking shit that I'm a third worlder, there are some places that make wings, but they're not like in the videos at all. KFC doesn't count either.

I'm doing OMAD, plus walking to commute to work, plus lifting, plus martial arts training 3 times a week. I need to eat at least 2,600 calories for the one meal I'm going to have. Sometimes I go for in excess of 3000 if I'm doing lifting and training, and walking for an hour and a half on the same day.

Baked ravioli in meat sauce, 2 slices garlic bread, and a can of ginger ale from the greek/italian place that does delivery until 2:30am
the ravioli is about a pound and a half of pasta, quarter pound of sauce, and the rest is cheap mozza melted on top, and the garlic bread is done with slices of bread that are easily an inch and a half thick, fucks me up every time but its delicious

How does xc skiing compare to running in terms of calorie burn per distance
IIRC running on a flat course with no hills is like 70-90 calories per mile, with less calorie burn as you get more efficient with your running form and you lose weight. It's probably 40-50 calories per km.
