Every restaurant is great there. I’m not going to list ever single one, you’ll find plenty of “best of” lists online. You won’t find any grilled gator though.

Yikes. Literally go to Disney World every night and eat Disney food for every meal and write it off as a business expense. You don't want to associate with the locals there. Probably the most fucked up city in the most fucked up state in the country. If you can't make that work just order delivery/room service directly to your hotel room and avoid interaction with the locals as much as possible. I know it seems funny on the internet, but you do not want to spend time in Florida. At best you will get home and find mold growing in a random corner of your house.
