This is one of my favorite ways.
I also like to make a basic salmon melt, w/ mayo, cracked pepper, and often i little dill--on homemade bread with A slice of Havarti or 2 slices of swiss(gotta cover them HOLES.)

Walmart brand salmon used to be American which was good for the price actually great because despite all the memes America has some food quality rules for food produced here but then Walmart changed their supply to Thailand or something
