So far I've found Badia and Tabasco, which are good, but they don't taste at all like the rooster stuff

I'm sick of it. I was sick of it before they made sriracha pringles or sriracha mayonaise or whatever.

If I want my dish spicy I add chili paste from an asian market, or just regular hot sauce.

I just use birds eye chili powder
