What should my opinion be of pickle loaf?

Your opinion should be, "why didn't I get a rotisserie chicken or grocery fried chicken instead" and not spend so much on crap oscar mayer?

Eat a cheap one, eat a really good recommended one, and form your own opinions.
It pretty much bologna with little bits of pickle in it. I like them overall, although the cheap brands oversalt them and add extra sugar. I like to fry them in a pan and make sandwiches.

This is not bad but olive loaf is better.
Olive loaf and egg salad is my favorite. Use a good bread.

Pickle and pimiento loaf is only enjoyed by small dicked faggots destined to be forever alone, so your opinion on it, OP, should be "ILOVEIT!"

He's right though, all of this trash food like bologna and spam is priced to rip off rich old boomers that ate it when they were kids, nobody else should waste money on this crap anymore.

I buy cold cuts like these and feed slices to my dog when he’s being a good boy. He also likes olive loaf. Some people say nobody loves olive loaf, my dog loves it! The cheapest cold cuts you can buy make great dog snacks

I can get a thing of bologna for $1.59 and a can of store-brand Spam for $2.14.
Not that I'd do anything other than treat my dog but it's not exactly a rip-off.

How do they get the pimentos, olives, pickles, et al into the meat? Must take an amazing amount of skill, no? And what do they do with the pieces of meat they cut out to make room for the insertions? Make "baloney holes" (like, donut holes, but of baloney)?
