Make giant pot of burrito filling, beans meat whatever. Buy giant roll of cling film from costco(if you don't already).. Buy two packs of those giant burrito wraps so say 20 burritos. Fill with whatever, roll and roll in plastic wrap. Put in freezer. I make piles of bean, meat or breakfast bacon egg burritos and fill freezer. Gonna make a batch of pork chile verde wet burritos soon. Just microwave back to life 7min on medium and optionally put in oven to toast a bit. Im married and I make them all the time.

I’m not single right now, but my go-to was (and still is to some extent) a huge pot of bean stew. Carrots, onions, garlic, canned tomatoes, a mix of different beans and a lot of spices. It’s cheap, very healthy, (imo) very delicious and one big batch can last for a long time in the fridge. You can eat it by itself or pair it with rice, potatoes, eggs, freshly cooked veggies, pasta etc.
