You get a better yolk if you do it over easy. With sunny side, sure, you still get a nice runny rolk, but more of it is cooked solid than with over easy. It's wasteful, really.

Ok so now that I don't have a flat open, im gonna cheat a lil to get that Swiss cheese melted in a toaster oven. (Trust me). In the mean time get a pan with a metal handle scorching jot and put a high smoke oil like avocado, about a tsp. Season with salt,pepper, garlic
