This is my third month of strict carnivore which is keto by definition. There are no side effects except one: complete loss of hunger to the point where I have to make a mental effort to actually eat. I can effortlessly go for a day without eating anything and not experience a hint of hunger.

I have not experienced a loss in my strength exercise performance, but I don't lift super heavy either. My cardio has improved and I can run longer now.

My digestion has improved dramatically. I used to suffer from diarrhea when eating carbs and now all my stools are solid, very small in volume and virtually odorless. There's nothing to wipe after passing a stool, the toilet paper remains clean.

I eat meat of all kinds, fatty fish like mackerel and herring, eggs and full fat cheese. Nothing else. My only deviation from strict carnivore is coffee. The only seasoning I use is super sharp mustard that I add very sparingly to my eggs to enhance the flavor. Salt and pepper as well.

My sleep has become super good. I literally fall ass sleep within seconds of going to bed, but my total sleep time has decreased to roughly 6 hours from 8. I simply do not feel like I need or want to sleep more and I feel great.

Honestly, carnivore/keto has been an amazing experience. I'm never going back to eating carb-laden goyslop.

Most complaints I experienced involved my body not getting enough protein. If youre doing a hard 90% fat keto, the amount of exercise needed to burn off the calories so that one can eat a reasonable amount of protein is disappointing. A 70% fat keto lasting a month or two is a bit more reasonable. That way you don't have to worry about long term hair loss or muscle degradation.
