1st you rinse the rice one time, and soak the rice for 10 min, you need the rice water for the soup

Once you gathered you rice water set aside

Wash till water is clear, 1:1 ratio for cooking on stove top

Lid off high heat till boiling
Lid on turn heat to 3/10
Lid on cook for 12 to 14 min
Lid on turn off heat, let it sit for 15 min minimum

im no expert but ill try. yeah add just like half an onion next time and some tofu near the end with the tuna. ideally youd use aged kimchi but you already know that i saw. id also add some korean chili pepper and green onion at the end to spice it up and give it some more color. also korean law states you must have a fried egg with kimchi jjigae and rice
