Based. I've had good luck with those cans of eggplant. I vacuum seal and freeze some of it though, the cans are fucking huge.
I bet those cans are what 99% of Mediterranean restaurants use, too.

Manufacturers default to putting a Prop 65 warning on everything they make because Prop 65 requires that in order to legally not have that warning, the manufacturer has to PROVE to the California government not a single ingredient has ever, or could ever, cause cancer. Obviously this is just about impossible, would be nearly infinitely expensive to comply with, and is fucking retarded so now everything gets a Prop 65 warning and call it good.

oh yeah, I just remembered.
I bought a steamer pan from them.
I use it to incubate yogurt.
I can incubate 2 gallons of yogurt at a time.
I fill it with water and place it on a hotplate, which is set to very low. then I put mason jars full of incubated non fat milk in there.

I avoid saturated fat as a rule. Yogurt made with skim milk has fewer calories, so I can eat more yogurt at one time.
I'm an expert yogurt maker, so the yogurt I make with skim milk comes out extremely thick. Skim milk is not water, it is choke full of protein and other nutrients.

besides, how is a bunch of yogurt in an insta-pot convenient?
I incubate my yogurt in glass jars. I transfer the jars to the fridge when they're done incubating, and I'm done.
