celebrations is just halloween candy size versions of standard chocolate bars you can find everywhere (mars, snickers, twix, galaxy, etc.)
Quality Street is unique Nestlé chocolates you can only find in these tubs. Pic related are the flavours.
They generally sell these tubs around Christmas for families to share or to give as gifts.
