Anons who went to culinary school, was it worth it? I'm wrapping up FIRE, so I've got a lot of extra cash lying around. I don't wanna retire completely because I'm 31, but i also hate being a software developer. I've always loved cooking, even when it was for charity or a family event where i have to cook nonstop for hours. I've got the passive income to easily afford some of the best culinary schools in the US. Should I go through with it, or is the money better spent doing something else?

If you love it and you can afford it why not? If it's something you intend to use to make money then go to a nice culinary school. If it's just to kill a couple years to gain experience then go to a 2 year school.
