That is excellent to hear my friend. As you can see, my bread is unsophisticated. A simple french lean bread with some cheese inclusions. Perhaps I would have done something more complex if I decided to make bread earlier instead of at 9 pm. Prepare a good poolish, maybe some lemon? The possibilities...
