I got a fried chicken sandwich from a Chick-fil-A in the Denver airport a few months ago. But that was takeaway, and I ate the sandwich hundreds of meters away near the gate.

In terms of actually eating inside a freestanding fast food restaurant, rather than getting takeout or eating at an airport, then probably 12 years ago in France while driving from Paris to Tours.
