just simple plain wheat with a little olive oil in the dough, a ton of olives folded in after mixing, olive oil, flake salt and thyme on top, gonna serve them for guests tomorrow where i will throw on some fresh rosemary on top before baking for another 3-4 minutes before serving, so i cant show slices sorry, but i will post pics tomorrow if theres is interest

take the baking pill, cheap as fuck, just takes like 2 hours, fresh, delicious. even a retard like me can do it
1kg wheat flour
50g yeast
3.5dl water
spoon full of olive oil
some salt
olives
rosemary/thyme optional

1. dissolve yeast in luke warm water
2. add spoon of olive oil
3. add flour
mix, when it starts slipping from the walls of your bowl
4. fold in olives
5. cover in cloth and let rise for like 30-40 minutes
6. divide into however many loafs or buns you want
7. slice some groves in whatever pattern you want
8. drizzle oil on top, add salt and herbs
9. 230c for like 35-40 minutes, let rest for 10 minutes on a grate
