I don't know what it is about Ohio Valley pizza, but I get immense pleasure out of describing it to people and watch it shatter their world view. What? Pic in OP does not actually look like a lunchable. Does OP actually know what a lunchable is? They are little "kits" that allow kids to assemble their lunch from the base ingredients: crackers, cheese and meat. Pizza kits. I think they have a taco one out too. Plus big ones with drinks + dessert.

Adults just go out for lunch or bring a prepared lunch, they don't need lunchables. Or just use frozen food.
