I sometimes would brew my tea and leave the leafs overnight as I slept.
There's nothing quiet like letting the tea sit for way too long.
The mere taste of drinking it like all at once makes me feel energized.

They have a labor day tea where you boil like 25 bags of red raspberry leaf tea in like half a gallon of water. And let it steep for an hour. It's supposed to help naturally induce labor and Kickstart the birthing process.
TL;DR - brew more

What tea and what temp? More delicate teas need sub boiling temp, like green tea around 70-80 f, and only needs about 2-3 minute steep. Black teas have first steep poured out (removes the bitterness). Also don't squeeze the leaves, I see a lot of people do this and it leeches bitterness out.

the stress of knowing you are wasting that much tea at once will make you go into labor, not that much of an achievement

It's literally like 3 bucks for a box of 20 bags.

yellow regular black tea lipton teabag
i use an electric tea kettle until it shuts off and then pour it over the bag and steep for about 4 minutes. sometimes i squeeze, sometimes not
when I coldbrew I do a 3/4ths a gallon at a time, let it sit in the fridge in the water for 12 hours and then squeeze the bag at the end, it's great. always thought i hated iced tea, turns out i hate sweet iced tea
at work we sell a lot of tea, so they have near-boiling water all the time, and the machine uses that in the basket while shooting cold water into the dispenser, makes a perfect gallon in less than 5 minutes
