What are some food you make while in a depressive episode?

I have little to zero energy and am struggling with basic movement even haha but I don't know what to use my tiny amount of energy on. I'm growing tired of deenz on toast kinda

Giant bowl of pasta that I can eat with a spoon. Sometimes after draining I leave a little bit if starchy water in, lavish in olive oil and add a generous chunk of butter. Melt it all together, serve topped with grated cheddar and freshly ground black pepper. Depression/hypertension kino
Other times I just dump a bunch of cheap pesto and add olive oil like I did today. Grew up eating bowls of pasta w pesto so it's a major comfort food for me

Go to the supermarket daily. On foot or with a bicycle.

>deenz
Only depressed people eat that garbage. Look for fresh and in season. Meat, fish, cheese, veg and fruit all have seasons. Ask staff.

>physical exercise, talking to people, going out regularly, eating fresh, in season and healthy
All help when battling depression. Deenz only make things worse.
