what i do is i take the skin off of a piece of salmon, add an egg, liquid smoke and some garlic pepper. Then I blend it. microwave it a little, then blend it more. Microwave some more until it's cooked and give it one last blend.
Then I toast a slice of bread. Cut up tomato and onions. Spread the smoker salmon flavored spread onto said toast and sprinkle fresh dill. Add the tomatoes and onions.
