i'm a 21 year old male who wants to be healthy and wants to quit goyslop food. I've been eating mc donalds and takeouts most of my life and now I wanna learn how to cook and make real food so I can be healthy and strong. Any recommend foods to cook and eat?

ck will sperg but if youre new to cooking, learn pasta. get pasta, boil water, throw paasta in and stir someetimes until its soft to your liking.

then in other pan, mix olive oil, garlic and any hard veg you want on low heat till it smells nice. then crank to high heat and start adding pasta water AND tomato paste until its how you want it. mix pasta into tomato water, wa-la. salt pepper. canned meats go in after its all mixed, raw meats go in with the veg at the start and get taken out and readded before and after the water and tomato paste.

Chicken is the first thing you should learn to cook. It's a fundamental in cooking. Almost as important as learning to cook eggs.
