Creme brulees, traditional portuguese style:

eat up 1L of milk with lemon and cinnamon until a soft boil

mix 6 egg yolks, 3 spoons of corn starch, and 7 spoons of sugar.

add the mix in the milk, always mixing in low. keep mixing until it becomes semi-solid.

put in fridge for 1 hour and its good to go.

this is my favorite dessert ever. then spill some sugar and heat it up.
