I heard of steak pizzaiola on The Sopranos and just looked it up. Won't be making that exactly, but I will be making a tomato sauce with steak in it. Steak 'Zalola
Got some cheap sirloin here from the SuperDuper Market. Let that come up to room temp then brown it.
