get a mandarin, use the thinnest setting, then shim it, you want a thickness of about 1/8" or less, proceed to process entire potat over preheated peanut oil, let cook till potat floats in oil, remove, salt and eat the best fucking chips money can't buy.

a few years ago they made a 'limited edition curry' flavour, and i shit you not, it tasted exactly like restaurant samosas! 10\10, but they only had them in my local shops for like a month. the other flavours are basically more expensive versions of cheaper alternatives
