It's really interesting to me how Brits always brag about how nice their indian food is, but the USA has *actual* indian food, not just repurposing of the same niche Mughlai North Indian cuisines wit the same orange/brown meant gravies and same naan breads


Highly recommend you try out some south indian / vegetarian spots where they offer thalis. I'm sure UK has them, though.
