Good question. I bought 30 cans of this a year ago for food security, when I found them for $1.25 each (not the $4.50 they normally go for). I only ever cooked one of them up with some potatoes, sage and black pepper as a hash, and it was just okay. I feel like you could use it in some sort of split pea/bean stew situation, or slice it and fry like spam for sandwiches or with rice. I'd be very happy to know some tried and true uses for cheap canned corned beef
