If you're American, make a simple curry sauce.
It's just curry powder, red chilli powder (in your case, use cayenne powder; what you call "chile/chili powder" is a wholly different thing), sesame oil, a dash of ginger juice, some chopped green onion, chicken stock (or equivalent using stock powder or cube + water) and a thickener (cornflour/cornstarch is the easiest to get).
Put everything in a jar, shake to combine, pour out into a pan and cook to thicken. That's it.

Cheese sauce is another good one. Again, if you're American, just break up a few slices of American cheese singles into a bowl with a splash of milk and nuke a little at a time, stirring between each nuke, until creamy.

White garlic sauce. Easier than the curry. Bring a kettle of water to the boil; meanwhile, put a fucktonne of garlic cloves and some butter into a microwave-safe container. Pour the boiling water over to just cover, loosely cover/lid the container and nuke for 6-10ish minutes. Blitz smooth. Allow to cool then add herbs (bitter and sweet parsleys work best for this, IMO) to make garlic-and-herb sauce and/or grated parmesan (don't bother using the good stuff here; parmesan is fine and using parmigiano would be a waste) to make garlic-and-herb sauce. In either case, salt to taste. Chicken stock powder can add salt and other flavours to it, as well, and if you can get it Knorr makes onion stocks cubes as well as garlic, marjoram and basil ones for Poland. Never tried the marjoram nor the basil ones, tho, so YMMV.

seeing as how many people all over the world use sugary sauces for dipping (honey, honey mustard sauce, ketchup (which is tomato paste with water, sugar, and vinegar), BBQ sauce (which is ketchup but with brown sugar, and some additional spices), teriyaki sauce (soy sauce and sugar), then I don't see why it would be a bad idea to make a sauce that combines a savory ingredient (tomato paste, soy sauce, fish sauce, worcestershire) and fruit jelly.

Dippin chilli sauce
Put some dark chili powder, black pepper, maybe a little bit of paprika, cayenne in a frying pan with a little oil on medium heat. Wait till it gets kinda hot. Add a little ketchup, water, stir, add some cornstarch, stir, add a splash of vinegar. It'll evaporate a lot of the water, you dont want it too watery. Stir and then pour a little of that in your little container to dip the tendies in. Its good. The cornstarch kinda helps thicken the sauce a little without clumping or making it too bland like flour would.

What I do is just get the sweet bb rays BBQ sauce and then add about 12-20 drops of really spicy(and tasty) hot sauce. For me, either el yucateco's red or green sauce, or Melinda's ghost pepper sauce. But if you have a favorite spicy hot sauce that actually kicks(NOT Texas pete, Louisiana crystal, tobasco, sriracha, chululo, etc) then you can try that out too

bitch shut up and experiment with making sauce. if you like honey mustard that's a good start. all that is is honey, mayo, and mustard mixed together with a spoon. its so easy, and it tastes better than restaurant mussy because restaurants buy from wholesalers as well.
from my experience i prefer a low sweetness honey mustard with half mustard half mayo. the honey i'll take it or leave it. I discovered I appreciate the taste of mustard, it just needs to be cut with mayo to soften the intensity.

the best sauce for tendies was popeyes delta sauce but they discontinued it years ago. looking at the ingredients it was basically ranch + chipotle barbecue + creole mustard + dill relish but I've never been able to recreate it at home.
