Definitely more of a snack but perhaps capable of filling a breakfast role... the nice part is the super easy prep, and I like how the unmelted cheese works with the mustard and mayo so melted cheese is probably out. I do make something like that all the time though, microwaved cheese and bread/tortilla with avocado and hotsauce on top. Those are called 'zingers'
