Actually this does look like the tacos we're cramming in, just that we pick a single salsa, put it in a separate container and add it on top of the eggs when each taco is assembled.
That specific photo says it's huevos rancheros, but if they have salsa in two colors they should actually be huevos divorciados. In real life, as opposed to authentic foodie blog photograph, they look like this
