Every region has their own, NY's is non-rigid thin crust, other parts of the country will prefer it at various other thicknesses and crispiness or doughyness. The good thing about NY is you can go into basically any pizza place and it'll be minimum 6/10, but this is also a function of being the most competitive restaurant market in the world. Even a random street cart in NY will have pretty good food.
