I wanna start dieting with more raw fruits and vegetables. But before I go hard on the raw vegetables I'd like to at least pair it with the lowest calorie dip available. What do you personally like having as vegetable dip for stuff like carrots, broccoli and celery that isnt terrible for you? I was thinking tzatziki.

Just put msg, garlic powder, salt, pepper in water and use that as your low calorie dip.

just dont snack between meals, dont drink alcohol/soda and eat meat & 3 baked veg for dinner
congrats, you'll shit out 5kg a week

get a hobby like video games to distract you from feeling the need to snack between meals.
snacking and alcohol/soda is where most people fuck up.

Once you realize that carrots are super delicious all on their own ot will be a game changer and start to alter your tastebuds so you'll start appreciating other veggies more.

That said, hummus is a great choice, peanut butter (plain, not with added sugar) or other nut butters and guacamole. Mustard is also good if you like mustard. Mustard and carrots is great.

Also don't avoid fruit, they will tell you eating an apple is the same as drinking a can of coke, but they're lying.

Greek yogurt with a powder ranch dip packet mixed in. All the fage (0%, 2%, 5%) are good, I use 2%, you can use 0%. The powder dip packet is 0 calories. There are also french onion and vegetable powder packets - and others I'm sure.

Lime, salt, hot sauce like guacamaya, Valentina, or franks, and optional habanero tajin you find at Albertsons on baby carrots, cucumbers, jicama, alfalfa sprouts, radishes. Lime and salt also best dressing for salads. I won’t stop reposting till everyone’s on this.
