Just organized and did an inventory of my home bar.

>160 bottles of liquor
>80 beers
>9 bottles of wine
> This is the equivalent to about $4500 of alcohol.

not counting the bitters, syrups, tinctures and specialty tiki mugs, glasses, no edible garnishes ect.

Tell me /ck/ how much money did you put into your home bar?

I don't even want to consider how much I've spent on my booze collection. I don't have it all nicely displayed like you, but I probably have easily 20k+ of booze in cases and the 50ish bottles of wine in my wine cellar. Lots of expensive stuff. Probably 10-15 500-1500 dollar bottles, lots of 100-300. Before you ask, no. I'm not an alcoholic. Have maybe 2-3 shots 4-5 times a week on average. I just like trying good stuff.

Pic is roughly 4.5k in cognac and scotch.

Ginger allspice cinnamon clove nutmeg black pepper long pepper coriander bay leaf cardamon.
It's really good to make a spiced rum/ whiskey sours

I used whole everything except cinnamon sticks. no matter what I did the ground cinnamon would not strain out.

Not a big deal about it getting in drinks as it's all settled to the bottom of the bottle but a little dried on the top.

What you should really look at is the Thai syrup behind that it's amazing.

>Kaffir lime leaf
>Ginger
>Habanero
>Lemon grass
>Pink and green peppercorn
>Cardamon
>Coriander
>Grains of paradise
>Schzwan peppercorns

It is sweet and spicy with a great fresh citrus flavor.
