Ive always hated this dish. You're supposed to chew off the small amount of meat from those big hunks of bone, and since you're not supposed to use your hands, you're forced to do this delicate dance where you balance the bone between your chopsticks while you suck off the meat. I just got a flashback to my dad yelling at me for using my hands and embarrassing me when I was younger.
