Every time I see videos about Italian cooking they've got these young beautiful women but everyone else looks pretty bad. The women seem to age surprisingly badly given it is all home-cooked food.

Though normally there isn't a bunch of liquid sugar on the table with a meal like with these people

Italian food isn't particularly "healthy" so to speak. Not that I have any room to judge as an American.
I always got the impression of Itaians as "tastefully decadent" like wine is still booze, and pasta is still a bunch of simple carbs. And they also, at least the young people, seem to live very fast and euros like smoking a lot.
Id also say, probably, like most people they dont regularly wear sunscreen. Meaning that, in such a sunny environment, their skin is gonna accumulate damage quickly.

In thw contraty you really dint know how old these women are, and she might mog the hell out of a woman her age elsewhere. Everyone becomes kind of gross as they age even if it can be staved off for a decade or two.
