I live on the coast and not in a flyover state and I have to agree with this. Seafood is very overrated and really only liked by fatass hambeasts. I do like fish, but everything else kinda… sucks. It’s basically just slimy chewy meat with no flavor. You have to drench it in lime juice or hot sauce for it to be somewhat flavorful.

I used to be picky about eating blood but added to a nice stock, it's delicious especially with ginger.
I used to be picky about snails but after panfrying them with peppers and onions I changed my tune.
I used to be picky about organ meats but then I realized how their textures could pair with certain vegetables or how they could be turned into something completely different like a sausage.
