In no particular order because fuck rules on how courses are served.

1. Barbeque chicken, beef and pork (Ideally Korean BBQ beef, African inspired Chicken and pulled pork sandwich.) Served with fruit salad, mac salad, potato salad, cole slaw and mac and cheese (basically a whole BBQ spread.) Hamburgers and hotdogs used for garnish. Miller light is beer of choice.
2. Ramen, shot (or two upon request) of warm Sake.
3. A waffle with maple syrup, two eggs (1 over easy, 1 scrambled) and a small side of rice porridge. Coffee served with baily's, sugar and some decent whiskey.
4. Steamed little neck clams with grilled salmon and sushi. Fish and chips sampler. British ale served with sampler.
5. Neapolitan pizza with a small sampler of Linguine al Pesto, Bolognese and ravioli. Served with a small flute of champagne.
6. Apple pie ala mode, Flan and Mochi. Tasting glass of some good dessert wine.

There needs to be some sort of rice and bean dish, as this is representative of staple foods that the majority of humans eat worldwide.

You also want to include some sort of bread and soup dish.

You have options with meat, but you should include some sort of chicken dish, since this is the most commonly eaten meat worldwide.

maybe make it a bit of a history lesson of humanity's development. starter of flame roasted small game kebabs with foraged veggies like mushrooms rabbit and quail for the hunter gatherer stage. a slaw made of various Brassica plants to showcase the agricultural development into selective breeding, a sample platter of the main raised meats in their popular styles. braised pork, fried chicken, and a steak/tenderlion, all of which done in different cultural styles. toss in some fusion foods new and old; maybe a laksa for that seafood representation, or a pizza. dessert would allow for an area to showcase the new age molecular gastronomy.
