unsure if this goes here or /diy/ but
So I've been doing all of my cooking outside this summer because it's been hot and it keeps the heat and smell outside.
I've got a relatively small deck I can't really fit a BBQ onto, but I just took a board and screwed onto one of the corners and set up my camp stove on.

But I want to make this more of a permanent thing that I can leave out there in the weather and streamline my cooking.
Has anyone seen like a tabletop bbq/grill with a stove attachment or something that's specifically designed to bolt onto the top rail of a deck?
Something kind of like picrel but has a stove top or ideally two.
I can fit some counter space next to it as well and a propane heater for the winter when I'm standing out there

Most of the people here eat cereal 3x a day, you should try /diy/

I like the idea, but before installing an advanced contraption you might wanna check with your landlord whether using propane on the balcony can be regarded as a fire hazard which might result in you having to undo all your work.

They'll obviously say no, don't do it.

Which is why he should do it without asking.

I did this for a while. Then I learned how to properly use my oven's broiler and I never grilled out on the fire escape again.

Just build your own from a monitor arm. You do own tools, right?

Yeah, that's probably more of a /diy/ thing, though they'll just want you to custom build your own thing. "Pontoon grill" as a search term might help.

Shits perfect.
I guess I could just get a separate stove top

Send a more clear photo of the space you got.
I would recommend a small table that you fit a single or double gas burner on and maybe get a wind shield for it if you need.
Hooking stuff off the edge of a balcony is good when you can only drop a sausage off a grill but bad when you drop a stock pot full of boiling soup on some dude on the street

I meant the author pic as the kind of BBQ, I don't have a balcony I have a deck.
Below it is like dirt and nothing

Not really much room for a table on the deck, it's only 10ft by 8ft. This is my current setup but I don't like how it takes up my only corner.
I can just screw it to a side rail I guess though
It's also missing the top rail because Ive been too lazy to install it

kino. It does seem ripe for just whacking a bit of MDF on top so you have an actual work surface, maybe with a hinge and a fold out leg.

Big balls or smooth brain.
What happens if you drop one?

Interesting setup, you wouldn’t rather just build a platform or table on the other side of the railing to hold a tabletop or full size grill?

What kind of stuff do you cook out there?

This, this is fucking retarded and a hazard. A camp grill maybe, a tabletop with a stove? wtf are you smoking?

notice how this is on a fucking boat and not overhanging off a balcony overlooking a street.
