most japanese people eat rice with a spoon, retard, depending on the dish. any kind of "don" like tendon, tempuradon will be eaten with a spoon because it's much easier. japanese rice is sticky, too, so it's very easy to eat with chopsticks especially as it's typically served separate (so sauce doesn't break it up, unlike "don" dishes then yes, spoon). Even a totally unathletic, uncoordinated mutt like you could eat Japanese rice with chopsticks, it's very easy.
