The buldak scoville ratings are apparently either measured incorrectly or prepared and tested differently. I've had multiple 1x buldak spicy chicken and I would say it's spicier than 10k scovilles when compared to raw peppers at least.

I got a bundle of instant ramens, but I'm feeling like burning my stomach tonight, so... stay tuned.

I've had picrel which was pretty good
considering other flavors but they're all more expensive than the hot chicken flavor on Amazon

All done with buldak 2x. Very spicy. 100% hotter than 10k scovilles. I would personally give it a rating of 50k-100k. Mouth numbing, nose runny spicy. Very good. Much over it over the 1x.

Here is what the ghost pepper ramen looks like right after opening. I will be consuming it with chopsticks and not the included fork. No matter how nice of a touch it is to include that.

All done. Absolutely spicier than buldak 2x, but maybe only 3-4x at most. Other than the amazing heat from these noodles and sauce were both absolutely delicious. Would reccomend if you love hot peppers.

I've eaten a pretty big carolina reaper I grew and that ramen doesn't even come close to it.

Update on ghostpepper ramen. I'm fine lil spicy coming out, but nothing crazy. Overall pretty nice experience. Fresh peppers are MUCH hotter than dried peppers.

oh shoot, noodle thread. made this the other night with bits of duck I bought from a local thai place, used the 2x spicy buldak (usually prefer the 1x but I'm limited on options here and I've stocked up on the 2x). personally, it's a 50-50 chance that I fare pretty well with these noodles or I end up needing like 5 glasses of water to make it through. definitely lost the spice coin flip this time.
