Alright, I'll tell all of you because I know it will work. I do lomo saltado and some other basic stir-fry's like fried rice and stuff. Lomo Saltado is so close to being a national hit in America it isn't even funny. One of you could get rich off of this if I wasn't so cautious. It's rice, tomato, onion, fries, and rice with soy sauce, vinegar, and aji Amarillo. The aji amarillo makes the dish, and it is too foreign and unavailable now that most people will have never tasted how good it is. Essentially I'm popularizing a dish that is already the national dish of Peru and it literally can't fail. Did I mention americans will be drawn to the fact that it puts french fries on it because they fatasses? It is an easy cultural jump that brings familiar with new.

>> No.18353027

>>18352261
Dude, aji amarillo is already all over the states, every Peruvian chicken place gives it to you in a cup alongside your rice, fries , and chicken, and Peruvian chicken places are fucking everywhere. I just checked and there are literally 20 of them in a two mile radius from where I'm sitting.

French bistro food made food truck/goyslop compatible.
Bourguignon and coq au vin braised in really cheap boxed wine, french onion soup with stock cubes, tartiflette made with knock off "french" soft cheese, etc.
You can pay 1.50 more and get sweet boxed wine in a disposable plastic wine glass along with a cigarette, which is mostly a quirky gimmick so retards post pictures of their visit and create free publicity. The wagies working there also have to dress like stereotypical french "people" and talk with fake french accents, throwing in the occasional bon appetit and wa la.

A menu that is served very fast and efficient with only just one cook who is also the cashier, probably encouraging apple/samsung pay so the transactions go through faster. Would focus on serving to events or high schools / middle schools to guarantee customers. First plate I can think of is chicken nuggets and fries served with ranch, served from a deep fryer for flavor. Second basket perhaps a KFC inspired hot cheeto contraption bowl. Pickles, candy, little debbies are easy sales. If i'm feeling generous I might add a macaroni and cheese bowl to the menu. Remember if you're serving at kids or at events, they're stuck there and they're willing to eat anything. My goal would be to keep my spending low, my prices fair, and my traffic high.

Pic rel, making these styles of bowls would be rather easy.

I've never seen a cuban sandwich food truck. I think that would be a nice gimmick. I would park right near a subway because I hate subway.

>> No.18358101

I don't trust any food trucks as a consumer. I'm also very picky on prices, so it's awkward if I dislike their prices and simply say "nevermind". It's not just that price mystery, but also I see those trucks as dirty and dingy. Anytime i've passed by a food truck in my city, it's always mexican immigrants eating there outside. And most of all I appreciate the ability to sit down in an air conditioned fast food joint or similar joint. Never once in my life has anyone told me that I should try out a certain food truck.

>what a stupid post

food trucks are retarded. if you can't grow from a truck to a brick and motor within 2 years then you're a failure. the brick and mortar should then be using the old truck to host events exclusively, and if they can't operate with two people in the truck then they're failures as well. there's no reason to ever have 3 employees in a food truck.
