You can see the seat backs along the right of the frame facing to the left of the frame and cup holders to the left as well, which places them in front of the center console, which means the seat closest to the bottom of the frame is on the left side of the car. The angle of the photo is almost directly over the left seat's seatbelt buckle with the other seatbelt buckle being at a more drastic angle.

That photo is taken from the left hand side of the car and if we presume the photographer is alone in the car (evidenced by the fact that he bought the one chip challenge meme and thus must have no friends) then he is most assuredly photographing from the driver's seat.

Since the photographer's seat is confirmed to be both the driver's seat and on the left side of the car we can conclude without a shadow of a doubt that this photo was taken in any of the countries labeled in red on the map in pic related.

I got a bag of these when I was at work cleaning pools once
