roommates got kittens lat week
kittens run around everywhere all the time
sometimes kittens run under my feet.
in the past week i have stepped on kittens 3 times.
the last time i was carrying a crate of stuff (blocking view of floor immediately before me), i heard a yelp as i stepped on a kitten running below my feet.

the next day my roommate says kitten is limping and to keep an eye on it.
i mention i stepped on kitten the day before and heard him yelp
roommate now keeps mentioning i stepped on the cat in like every conversation and seems upset.

if cat has to go to vet, i feel i am not responsible for this as kittens just like to run around peoples feet and are putting themselves at risk?
