I love Adam's videos. I don't think there's a better content creator on YouTube period, not just cooking even. Since you asked about induction I suggest you start with his video on that. If you allow me, I'd then suggest moving on to his Bolognese sauce video and literally any of his Pizza videos. Great informative, intelligent, entertaining, down to earth, downright fantastic chef. Plus his family often makes appearances which is incredibly wholesome, his life is what most people dream of, and his wife is a 10/10 fox

His 'interest' in food seems to revolve around optimisation of formulae (recipes) to reach the 'correct' methodology. I had forgotten about that, jesus was a horror show. He really is clinical about everything. It never feels like there is any passion or love for food in his voice he is just a guide telling you how to get from point A to point B taking the most shortcuts.
Compare him to someone like Bruno Albouze. He may come across as a a little pretentious but you can feel the passion for perfecting his work and he seems to genuinely enjoy the food he makes. And you can't deny the magnitude of his skill. I'll take a skilled and pretentious artist over someone putting up a fake mask every day of the week. Nothing about ragusa feels genuine.
