People say burgers are unhealthy, but it’s just meat + bread + vegetables.

If you separated a burger in to its ingredients and put them on a fish it would be considered healthy food

Yes, it's the mayo-based sauce and the deep fried side items that make the classic fast food meal unhealthy. But everyone over 14 years know this, at least where I live.
