This is the entire menu.

I appreciate the simplicity but restaurants that serve canned/bottled soft drinks should go out of business.

Fountain drinks are extremely rare in my home country so literally every take away or fast food joint that isn't an Americhain will only have cans.

Fountain drinks are a hundred times better tasting, have a higher profit margin for the restaurant, and are easier to stock. If you live in a third world shithole like >>18292807 it would be understandable but we live in the original home of goyslurp

... provided the franchise bothers to filter their water, and/or isn't diluting the syrup too much to squeeze a few more servings out of it.
all of the worst soda i've ever had has been out of fountains.

Yeah I mean if you live in a place like Switzerland or something where they don't have the human or social capital to maintain a supply chain for fountain drinks you're gonna have a bad time

I don't really have an opinion on the fountain thing since I don't drink soda, but "it sucks if they fuck it up!" isn't exactly a good argument, just putting that out there.

What this mongo is really trying to say is "fattie wants his free refills"

I will take a 12 ounce canned coke over a 32 ounce diabetes bucket any day of the week. Do you really need a pound and a half of sugar water to wash down your food, fatso? Even 12 ounces is too big, and I prefer the little 8 ounce sippers.

Astoundingly through the miracles of physics you can take a cup of a given size and not fill it up all the way
They will let you do this, it's not illegal
Personally I just get ice all the way to the brim anyway, another convenience of living in a first-world country where your can or bottle doesn't immediately get warm and assuming it was even in a cooler

>> No.18293392

>>18293361
Fountain drinks are priced for the big pour. I'd rather pay a buck fifty or whatever the charge is for a fresh, clean unadulterated soda.

>> No.18293400

>>18293125
I like maximum bubbles in my soda and a fountain drink cannot compare to a can or bottle. Most food establishments are not aware (or dont care) about the cleaning of the machine and either dont do it rigorously or frequently. I can't ever imagine choosing a soda fountain over a can/bottle, except maybe those new coke blending ones.

>> No.18293406

>>18293125
This.

>>18293131
It really is. The only reason why Switzerland is even relevant is because a bunch of rich jews all hide there. If it weren't for them Switzerland would be just another backwater farm country.

>>18293305
No. If you stay in a fast food restaurant long enough to warrant a refill you're doing it wrong. You get a fountain drink and hit the road. The flavor is better because it's fresher, and often times they use nitrogen instead of carbon, which adds even more uniqueness to it vs canned or bottled(the worst of the three)

>> No.18293412

>>18292700
It's nice to see a restaurant that doesn't overcomplicate things

>>18292705
It's a lot easier to sell cans and bottles than deal with a soda fountain.

my guy it's literally year-old cehmical syrup in a BIB (bag-in-box). There's nothing fresh about it.

>often times they use nitrogen instead of carbon
literally no restaurant uses nitrogen alone instead of CO2. It would be against coke or pepsi's SOP.
