looks like ground beef soup. should have used tomato sauce instead of diced.

Yea, I noticed that after I made it, should have used a thick tomato sauce, but my mother insisted I had all the ingredients and decided not to drop off by my apartment with the stuff

why paramesean??? why add cheese???

when did you add the ingredients? you dont just throw it all in at the same time.

I bet it taste unsalted ... and when you add more salt it will add too salted. Hope the meat isnt over cooked.

Thought it was a nice touch. Should've drowned the stuff in and cooked it longer. As for the ingredients I don't think it matters. I've done it both ways and it still comes out great

it doesn't look so bad, just thicken the sauce a little bit using something like corn stash. Take about 1/2 cup of the sauce dissolve a spoon of corn stash in it and dump it back into the pot. Stir until thickened, this will probably lighten the color of your broth but you can darken it back using a little ketchup.

Why waste Senate cheese on a plebs dish?
>Cayenne pepper, chili powder, jalapenos, sweet pepper
Explain the difference please?
>diced tomatoes in sauce
What's that?
>Cinnamon
You probably mean cassia bark, never mind. Neither cassia nor actual cinnamon match with the flavour profile of beans, tomato and beef combined - even though they do match with each of the ingredients independently. They even work in pairs: "beans, tomato, cinnamon", "beans, meat, cinnamon" etc. are all great.

tl;dr: what you're creating there is pic related: all noise, drowning the essence

needs onion,
habaneros,
buy diced tomatoes w/green chilies and a can of tomato paste instead.
switch the black beans with red beans (not kidney beans),
add some cumin,
chipotle in adobo sauce (dice them up)
smoked Paprika

different peppers with different flavors, plus dried vs fresh.
Cayenne to add heat
chili powder to fill out that chili flavor
sweet peppers for texture and to round out the flavor so it's not just spicy
jalapenos because they had a unique flavor that stands out in the mix
